WHEN SHOULD I USE THIS SERVICE?

When we are unavailable at the office or it’s after business hours, and you need assistance in under 24 hours notice. Most of the time we are able to schedule regular appointments within 1-3 days. But when time is of the essence, our expedited service guarantees a quicker response and prioritizes your situation. You will receive a response within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to find a solution within a reasonable timeframe.

 

WHAT KINDS OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE ON SHORT NOTICE?

  • Spa Treatments and diagnostics
  • Finishing projects on a deadline (slideshows, videos, presentations)
  • Hard drive replacements or extraction
  • Software reinstall, data migration, or backup
  • Troubleshooting software or hardware issues
  • Mac or iPad rental
  • Server maintenance or troubleshooting (for business)
  • On-site visits
  • Out-of-warranty Mac repairs
  • More services by request

 

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Any service requests that require attention in under 24 hours are considered expedited service and are subject to a $30 non-refundable deposit and hourly rates of $125 – $175 depending on the nature of the service. On-site visits require a one-hour minimum. The $30 will apply to your invoice if work is done.

 

WHAT IF YOU CAN’T FIX MY PROBLEM?

Your $30 deposit will cover our initial consultation or diagnostic to determine your needs and how we can serve you. If we cannot directly address your concern or meet your expectations, we will do our best to suggest a viable solution, offer a computer rental, or make other arrangements. We will only charge the hourly rate for work done.
