Appointment Cancellation Policy
Because all services are by appointment, we plan our schedules accordingly for travel time, prep time, and to serve other customers. We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes to the scheduled appointment time. In the event of a cancellation under 24 hours, no-shows, and missed appointment times, client will be billed for the full amount of their scheduled service, the minimum service charge of $49, or have the applicable credits deducted from prepaid time.
Classes are prepaid or included with Memberships. If you must cancel, we prefer you give us at least 24-hour notice when possible. There are no refunds for classes.
