I’ve known Amy for over a decade and really enjoy her approach to teaching technology. The location downtown might be a little bit challenging regarding parking but Amy and her team make every effort to make your experience seamless. If you’ve ever had to pack up a large iMac desktop computer and get it into the Apple store in the mall it’s kind of a major moving project. Amy’s team met me outside on the street as I parked in the loading zone, they ran out to my car and picked up The iMac and took it into the store for me, same when I picked it up, it was seamless. If you’ve ever done a workshop or one on one learning at the Apple stores it can be a little tough on your ears. The “spa” is a very quiet soothing place and easy to listen and learn in. Amy made sure that everything was up and running after I put a new hard drive in my ancient iMac computer. No data was lost and now I have an ultra high-speed iMac with a solid-state drive, incredible, a third of the price of a new iMac. — Paul
